  • O1.1 To do effective management and co-ordination at all stages of the project
  • O1.2 To carry out all the necessary administrative and reporting tasks
  • O1.3 To support effective communication among the relevant stakeholders of the project
  • O1.4 To establish a central point of communication between the project and external parties
  • O1.5 To anticipate and manage risks and changes in the projectt
  • O1.6 To ensure that the deliverables of the project have appropriate quality
  • O1.7 To manage data collected, processed and generated within the project
  • O1.8 To setup, run, and manage the NECOS Advisory Boardt
